SOLSTICE down for upgrades

I'm taking SOLSTICE (my SOLar STation Infrastructure Core Experiment) down for a major upgrade.

The hardware will now sport a dedicated relay panel, fuses, improved cabling, repair of a cable clamp in the charge controller and will be prepared to support future missions.

I'm also adding a couple of sensors that where supposed to go into WaterFeeler3 but will turn SOLSTICE into a very basic (and permanent!) weather station.

On the software side, apart from adding support for the hardware upgrades, i will also implement a few bugfixes, thanks to lessons learned from previous missions and from running SOLSTICE for over a year now.

I'll have to experiment, but i might, just might, add a Raspberry PI with a dedicated nRF24 board as an experiment to act as a dedicated data relay and store&forward point and to test out higher data rates, possibly even Wifi downlinks.
